Parker Criminal Defense Lawyers

Fighting for the Accused in Dougals County, Castle Rock & the Denver Metro Area

At Fuller & Ahern, P.C., we are passionate and strategically aggressive criminal defense lawyers. Our experienced litigators and award-winning attorneys have successfully conducted hundreds of criminal trials, ranging from minor traffic and alcohol-related driving offenses to felony sexual assault and first-degree murder.

Our firm has earned the respect of prosecutors and judges throughout Colorado. With former Deputy District Attorneys on our team, we can analyze your case from the prosecution’s perspective. That means we can bring insight into how they will approach your situation, understand what mitigation they may or may not consider, and grasp how they determine the strengths and weaknesses of a case.

Furthermore, our reputation as respected trial lawyers who are willing to take your case to trial means that prosecutors are generally open to considering more favorable plea bargains for our clients; this can mean reduced charges or sentencing.

Discuss your case in a free evaluation with a criminal defense attorney at our firm. You can reach us at (720) 712-2972 or via our contact form.

Prefiling Matters & Arrest Warrants

If you are under investigation for criminal charges, it is vital that you consult with an attorney immediately. Do not talk with police or other law enforcement officers without a defense attorney. Despite what law enforcement officers may tell you, they are not likely to contact you to help you in your defense.

Our attorneys have successfully resolved numerous cases at the prefiling stage, resulting in no formal charges being filed. If charges are filed against you, and a warrant for your arrest is issued, we will work with law enforcement and the district attorney’s office to facilitate turning you in on the warrant on your terms and help minimize the impact on your daily life as much as possible.

Why Turn to Fuller & Ahern, P.C.?

We practice law with empathy for you when accused of misdemeanor or felony crimes and we strive to protect your constitutional rights. Our team understands that criminal charges can embroil you in a complicated, confusing, and intimidating process. The results can have immediate and long-term effects on your life that we will work to help you minimize or avoid.

Our lawyers are not intimidated by the system. Let us provide you with the experienced and aggressive criminal defense representation you need at this difficult time.

Our Criminal Defense Services in Colorado

We represent clients in all types of criminal charges, including but not limited to the following:

Domestic Violence Charges and Civil Protection Orders: We have successfully defended numerous clients facing both misdemeanor and felony domestic violence charges, from domestic assault to verbal threats, harassment, menacing, stalking, and more. We also represent clients either seeking or defending against a civil protection (restraining) order.

Drug Crimes: These charges can range from possession of a controlled substance to possession with intent to distribute, cultivation, sales, and manufacture of drugs ranging from methamphetamine to cocaine, heroin, and specific quantities of marijuana.

DUI/DWAI: It is unlawful to drive while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, which can lead to severe penalties, from substantial fines to the loss of your license, potential jail time, and probation. You can also be charged with driving while impaired, even to the slightest degree. Our team will work hard to help you avoid or mitigate the consequences of a conviction.

Marijuana & Driving: While recreational marijuana has been legalized in our state, you can still be charged with a DUID (driving under the influence of drugs) with a certain amount or more of THC in your system. We have a successful record in defending drivers against these and other DUI charges throughout Colorado.

Felony Crimes: Felony charges are the most serious charges that you can face, from assault, robbery, and property crimes to weapon offenses, drug crimes, and homicide. We work aggressively to help those charged with felonies secure positive results, from reduced charges to dismissals or acquittals.

Traffic Violations: We handle minor traffic violations, such as speeding tickets, to more severe charges, such as reckless driving, careless driving, careless driving causing injury, driving under suspension, driving under revocation, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to report an accident.

Theft and Property Crimes: If you have been charged with theft, shoplifting, burglary, robbery, fraud, or any other property-related crime, you should contact an attorney with our firm immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the facts and circumstances of your case to help you fight for your freedom and future.

Assault Charges: We have successfully defended numerous clients facing misdemeanor assault charges, as well as felony assault charges, regarding both strangers and intimate partners.

Probation Violations: If you are accused of violating the terms of your probation or deferred judgment & sentence, the potential consequences can be serious. We routinely help individuals resolve probation revocations to avoid further criminal consequences.

Juvenile Crimes: A poor choice at a young age should not haunt you or your child forever. Pleading guilty to an offense as a juvenile, even a petty offense, may have long-standing ramifications. We will work diligently to protect your child’s future.
